Typically 3 business days. Sometimes 4. And if it’s going to be longer (extremely rare), we’ll let you know so you aren’t waiting on the edge of your seat.

Is there a minimum order requirement?

Nope. You can use every saving opportunity we identify, or you can use none. You can place a test order to evaluate your experience with us. You can ask for samples. We want to make your due diligence easy so we can work together for a long time. Whether it’s on one product line or 10.

How detailed is the analysis?

You'll get exact SKUs, pricing, and specs for each alternative we recommend.

Will switching disrupt our operations?

No. We identify direct equivalents that work with your existing protocols and equipment. You won’t have to build any new SOPs with the alternatives we provide.

What if I only want to take you up on a few items?

That's completely fine. Many customers start with a few key items and expand over time.

Is my supply list information kept confidential? Who sees it?

It’s your supply list. We have no right to share it with anyone. The sales rep assigned to your account (who will be your rep for the next 10 years) keeps your supply list confidential.

What format does my supply list need to be in? What if it's incomplete?

However you keep your supply list is fine with us. Most submit a spreadsheet because most keep it that way themselves. But we’ll take a picture of the scribbles in your notebook if that’s easiest for you. We’ll take a list of typed-out product names in the form at the top of this page. We’ll take a voice note you send us on WhatsApp!

Is there a fee for this service if we don't purchase anything?

No. We hope you’ll choose to work with us. But there is no pretext to this offer of help.

Will this put me on an aggressive sales call list?

Also, no. Nobody makes friends by being obnoxious and aggressive.
